Regulations

§1
The lease agreement is entered into between TOP EVENTS (headquartered in Warsaw 01-059, at Okopowa 29B/31) NIP: 527-266-79-91, REGON: 525287481, hereinafter referred to as the Lessee, and the Client, hereinafter referred to as the Orderer.

§2
The subject of the service is the provision of a Limousine or Party Bus with a chauffeur for a specified period of time.

§3
The conclusion of the contract is subject to the reservation of the party vehicle and payment of the Reservation Fee by the Ordering Party.

§4
Limousine or Party Bus reservations can be made by phone, email or online by filling out the Reservation Form available at www.limuzynawarszawawynajem.pl.

§5
The Reservation Fee (deposit) is a partial or full payment for the service in accordance with the Tenant’s Price List for Services (the Tenant shall inform the Purchaser of the amount of the reservation fee).

§6
Reservation is active after payment and confirmation of the reservation by the Limousine Warsaw Rentals office.

§7
Limousine or Party Bus reservation confirmed by the Reservation Fee constitutes a Party Car Rental Contract with a Chauffeur.

§8
At the request of the Purchaser at the time of booking, the Lessee will issue an invoice.

§9
Overtime rentals are possible, but subject to vehicle availability. In the situation of a vacant
Limousine or Party Bus, the Ordering Party shall pay the Renter a surcharge for overtime in accordance with the Renter’s Price List.

§10
Rental rates are per hour, not per minute. We anticipate 5-7 minutes of random delay, although intentional extensions of more than a few minutes will result in a surcharge for the full hour.

§11
Reservation Fee (deposit) paid by the purchaser is non-refundable. It is possible to set a new date for party car rental.

§12
Ordering party may reduce the time of limousine rental on the day of execution of the order, nevertheless the unused part of the Reservation Fee is not refundable. The time fixed for arrival of the Limousine or Party Bus at the indicated address is equivalent to the beginning of the rental for the given hour.

§13
In random cases in which the Renter is unable to provide the service with the ordered Limousine or Party Bus, the Renter agrees to provide another party vehicle or vehicles, in the class of the ordered vehicle or higher. In this situation the Renter is not entitled to a claim or refund.

§14
Smoking is strictly prohibited in Limousines and Party Buses.

§15
In Limousines and Party Buses it is absolutely forbidden to open sunroofs arbitrarily.

§16
The Ordering Party shall bear full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle resulting from the bad intentions of either the Ordering Party or its guests.

§17
The chauffeur is the guardian of order in the Limousine or Party Bus. In case of safety-threatening situations (dangerous behavior of travelers), the chauffeur is obliged to react immediately. If verbal reprimands have no effect – the chauffeur may decide to expel the unruly participant(s) or, in extreme cases, refuse to continue the ride to the detriment of the group. In this situation, the ordering party is not entitled to a complaint or refund.

§18
Any access to your personal data processed at Limousines Warsaw Rentals is limited to authorized persons who use such data to fulfill only their job-related tasks. Your personal data is kept only to the extent necessary to fulfill our obligations and only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which the personal data is collected, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If you have consented to any personal data processing activities, you may withdraw such consent at any time. Such withdrawal does not affect the legality of data processing prior to the withdrawal of consent. By accepting the terms and conditions, you consent to the processing of the information entered.

§19
The administrator of the personal data entered at the time of booking is TOP EVENTS. The required data is limited to those necessary for the performance of the Limousine or Party Bus rental service, i.e. the contact details of the person ordering, including telephone number. The data will be processed for the period necessary for the performance of the service and will not be transferred to entities not related to the Administrator. The ordering party has the right to inspect, modify and delete their data.

§20
Any complaints can be reported using any contact channels provided by the Lessee. The complaint will be considered as soon as possible, no later than 72h.

§21

The Ordering Party will find more useful information in the Renter’s Price List and in the ‘Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ’ section of www.limuzynawarszawawynajem.pl.

§22
Making a reservation implies acceptance of the provisions of the aforementioned Regulations.
