What personal data do we process from our website?

All data that you leave or share on our website. The transfer of personal data is necessary in order to contact us, which can be done through:

  • Filling out forms, inquiries, telephone contact – the user submits such data as name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and possibly the user decides what additional data he/she will leave.

In addition, in the case of issuing an invoice, the user provides the necessary data required for issuing an invoice: first and last name/name, full address (i.e. street name, house/apartment number, postal code, city), VAT/Pesel number.

Personal data such IP addresses are also collected by cookies to, among other things, personalize content and advertisements and analyze website traffic.

What are the purposes and legal grounds for processing personal data?

The purposes of processing users’ personal data are as follows:

  • Fulfillment of submitted inquiries/provision of requested services – Article 6(1)(b) RODO – “processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.”
  • Responding to users’ inquiries sent in forms – Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO – “the data subject has consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specified purposes.”
  • Handling a complaint or withdrawal from a contract – Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA – “processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the controller”,
  • Pursuing claims that are justified by the interests of the controller – Article 6(1)(f) – “processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.”
  • Issuance of invoices.

What is the retention period for personal data?

Users’ personal data will be retained for a period of 5 years from the date of completion of the service or from the date of processing a complaint/cancellation.

What are the users’ rights regarding personal data?

In connection with our processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

  • Access to your personal data, i.e. the right to obtain information on whether the Administrator processes your personal data and has the right to information regarding such processing (the ability to obtain a copy of your data),
  • Correct your personal information,
  • Deletion of personal data,
  • Restrictions on the processing of personal data,
  • Transfer of personal data – to receive your data from the controller and the right to send your personal data to another controller,
  • Object to the processing of personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator,
  • File a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority that deals with the protection of personal data,
  • Withdraw consent to process personal data, without affecting processing activities that were performed before the withdrawal of consent.

How is your personal information protected?
